Who are we?

Systems 4 is an independent consultancy that has been working with organisations in the UK "not for profit" and statutory sector for more than ten years. We specialise in health, housing, voluntary and social care organisations and regeneration work. All of our consultants have developed their careers in these sectors before joining Systems 4. Our experiences, background and knowledge equip us to understand and anticipate the environment, challenges, demands, opportunities and constraints faced by the organisations that we work with.

What do we do?

We support organisations of all sizes and types to strengthen their ability to understand, anticipate and improve their performance. Systems 4's activities and products include quality assurance systems, capacity building and organisation wide systems for planning, strengthening, understanding and keeping track of all aspects of performance and accountability. Our clients range from County Councils, inner city local authorities, major national charities through to large and small housing associations and high street voluntary agencies.

How do we do it?

By listening to and understanding our clients and then using that knowledge to work in partnership with them to develop systems and solutions tailored to their needs. Our approach is built on current best practice in organisational evaluation & assessment, planning, quality & performance management and capacity building.
