Established in 1991, Systems 4 is a small consultancy, which specialises in improving performance in the health, housing and social care sectors.

Andrew Holmes-Smith (Director)

Founded Systems 4 in 1991. He has worked in social care services for 30 years, starting his career as a social work assistant. He worked as a Director of a well-respected and innovative voluntary organisation before becoming a consultant 20 years ago. He specialises in social care and health care with special interests in community care services and integrated approaches to improvement. Andrew is a trained ‘Lead Quality Auditor’ (I.Q.A) and has trained as an IiP assessor.
